I'm basically falling my way thru this whole thing of web designing for my
jewelry business and FrontPage 2003. So, since I now have most of the site
designed on the "testsite" can this be saved to my hard drive and then
actually be published to my web host company? and can it we revised after it
has been published from the "testsite" with in Frontpage 2003?

Falling? :-)

If your testsite has FP extensions enabled (and working), you'd open your
testsite "live", then Pubish it via http back to your harddrive. Then work
on it locally until your totally ecstatic about it and then Pubish it via
http to your permanent (FP extension enabled) URL.

Actually, you could have been doing this all along (working locally) then
Publish to the server.
