It almost certainly is not a valid license in this case, but that sure
as hell hasn't stopped people from trying it anyway. Last I checked
this sort of license was standard fare for every PC that Dell sells.

Isn't MS software shipped that way as well?

I'm not sure how the laws are in the US but here if the contract isn't
visible/readable at the point of acceptance then it is invalid. Kinda
like it's illegal to put the signboard saying $1000 per entry parking
on the inside wall of a underground parking complex.

It almost certainly is not a valid license in this case, but that sure
as hell hasn't stopped people from trying it anyway. Last I checked
this sort of license was standard fare for every PC that Dell sells.

The little lost angel

MS is more like "now click here and there and all your data belong to
us"

I thought they were already beyond just data and onto the "all your
computer belong to us" with the TCPA?

If you need basic to med complexity webpages at affordable rates, email me :)
Standard HTML, SHTML, MySQL + PHP or ASP, Javascript.
If you really want, FrontPage & DreamWeaver too.
But keep in mind you pay extra bandwidth for their bloated code
