Public Folders in Outlook 2003

Is there a way to create a shortcut to a specific Public Folder anywhere on
the Navigation Bar or in any other folder besides Public Folder Favorites?
 
You can put shortcuts to any folder on the Shortcuts pane. Otherwise, no.

Hi Sue! Wow, it's been a LONG time! Anyway, OK, but can you add the
Shortcut Pane to the Navigation Bar?
 
No. You cannot combine any of the separate navigation panes.
