Public Folder Permissions query

i am having an issue with a particular user and a specific public folder.
whenever he tries to open a form in that pf he gets this message:

"You do not have access privileges to this IR. Please Contact the
Administrator if you need access"

He does have the neccassary permissions. He tried it on another machine,
same problem. Tires it from a terminal server, it works fine. The users local
machine is xp, office 2003 sp1, cached mode whereas the terminal server is
w2k3, office 2003 sp1 and not in cached mode. I have tried recreating the ost
file but that hasnt worked. Can somebody suggest something else to try?
 
Hmmm...have you tried clearing his forms cache? Tools | Options | Other |
Forms if I recall correctly.
