pst upload skips dates

This happened before but I ignored thinking it was a user problem. When a pst
is imported, the import skips emails between certain dates. This has happened
with multiple users. I have resolved this by just opening the .pst file and
manually dragging the missing files to inbox. what can be causing the
problem? I dont' want to have to keep manually transferring emails. any ideas
on a real solution?

Scanning the pst-files for errors first could explain the root cause.
That said, the import process of Outlook is not always reliable. Doing a
move/copy within Outlook after connecting the pst-file gives you much
greater control.

Is there somewhere I can set it to not scan pst files for errors, or is this
an automatic feature from outlook? not to complain, because I think its good
to scan for errors, but if this is what may be causing my problem, then I
wondering if I can turn it off.

errors. If there are indeed errors found, it could explain why the import
process acted up.
