PST restore?

Here is the scenario. A person deleted their email messages and cleared them
from the deleted items but not the actual PST file. Does anyone know of a
way or program that might be able to somehow get back those messages back? I
feel this is just wishful thinking but thought I would ask. Thank you!

Here is the scenario. A person deleted their email messages and

Emptying the Deleted Items folder should be considered deleting them "from
the actual PST", since the Dleted Items folder is IN the PST. However, see
