.pst problem

I have a user's computer that I changed from one domain to
the other. copied the users profile and everything works
fine. However, when I tried importing her .pst file from
a her old .pst location, it changed the size of the .pst
from 15mb to 265kb. Basically resetting the file. I have
tried everything. I really need to be able to access the
mail box and contact information.

Copy it again and connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
