.PST Folders

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can please assist me.

I am currently running windows XP with Office/Outlook 2003.

I have already 4 .PST files in my inbox.

I have created a 5th one and when i come to add the Archive folder it
wouldnt display in the in the left hand pane as all the Archive folders do.

Has anyone came across this problem?

Please let me know.

You can't have PSTs in your Inbox. Your Inbox is one folder inside of a PST
or in the Exchange mailbox. What do you _really_ mean?

Hello Brian,

I have created 4 archive folders, when i have created the 5th archive folder
and i want to add it as an additonal personal file, which i go up tp
tools-->e-mail accounts-->view or change existing e-mail accounts -->new
outlook data--> file-->Office outlook personal file(.pst) --> then click on
the archive folder i have created--> open and finish. --> This does not add
the archive folders in the left hand pane under the mailbox.

I have added the archive folder onto another e-mail account with no
problems. Could it be the limit in size that the other archive folders add up
to that do not allow me to add the 5th personal file? I know it cant be
limited to the number of personal files you can add to your mailbox as i have
seen people add more than 10.

Any help would be mostly appreciated.

Does the same thing happen if you use File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse
to the archive PST?
