.PST File too big

Yr lucky the pst is still accessable, problems can occur when greater than
1.6gb.
In properties, of the pst, advanced/compact.
Have you tried archiving? though the archive pst has the same size limit -
use multiple archives -

I'll pre-warn you so you don't run into my scenario. Look at post on down
on the 25th. I archived, then compacted using outlook tool. To date, the
only way that particular user is able to access email is via OWA.

Right-click your .PST file (in Outlook) select Properties | Advanced and
you should see a Compact button.
