PST file size

Dear all,
How can I reduce the size of my PST file, is there any way
to increase to more than 2GB. I try to delete some of the
mail (shift+del), it says your pst file size exceeds the
limit of 2gb try to delete some fiel(shift+del) but it is
not working
pls help

Yes I found the link, but wil it work for windows98, they
says supported operating system windows2000. windowsxp
