Hi Guys,

I have a situation where I'm tryin to open a .pst file using Outlook 2002
that was created in Outlook 2003. When I try to add this .pst file as one of
my datafiles into Outlook 2002, I get this error message:

The file C:\Docuements and Settings\.....\Outlook.pst is not compatible with
this version of the Personal Folders information service. Contact your
administrator.

Is there any way to work around this?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Create another PST file and make sure you use compatible option when
creating it. Copy the items you need into that PST and use that with OL2002
