PST Backup Tool Problems

When installing the PST Backup tool to Outlook 2007 (running on vista)
"Backup" is not appearing under the "File" menu. It does show that it has
been installed under add remove programs.

Did you stop and restart Outlook after installing it?

I tried that. Ironicly later in the day I went under "file" for something
else and "backup" was listed. When I went back a few minutes later it was
gone. I had a similar problem with a different program and the problem was
caused by the Wireless Sync program from verizon. When I tried closing
Wireless Sync out, lo and behold there was Backup. So it appears that I have
found the culprit. Thank you for your help.
