Well I have that case and here's my opinions. It's different and it's cool.
The case comes with 3 exhaust fans and one intake fan. This creates alot of negative pressure and heres where the wind tunnel comes in, it's right next to where your graphics cards would be and so they get their own fresh air. Every opening in the case where dust could get in has a dust filter.
The intake fan comes in it's own fan intake module that you can move to the top of the hard drive cage if you want to cool them instead. You can also get a second 120mm fan to screw into the original fan mount on the case. The hard drive s go into individual caddies much like a server.
fans can also be replaced without removing the mobo. unless you have a huge CPU cooler that blocks your hand.
I also don't think you can fit any 5.25 devices in with protruding nodules i.e fan controllers as the door is flat.
The PSU takes cool air from the bottom of the case and exhausts it, it does not interefere and is not interefered with by the rest of the components.
Rerouting wires is pretty easy, but since both side panels have foam, you can't reroute cables behind the motherboard tray as they obstruct the panel from closing properly.
I really recommend this case.
But there are also other cases I think you should consider:

If you read the review your questions - including the one about the removable motherboard tray - will be answered

It is pricey but it's obviously a classy case.

It's quite a sophisticated looking case and you can feel the quality when you take it out of the box. To me it was and is money well spent.

It does say the dimensions but wonder and worry about the height with the handles. I am going to put this beauty underneath my desk although don't know if it'll fit.

Are you able to tell me how high in terms of centimetres this case is?

Please include the handles at the top.

I don't see why they'd ignore them in the height, as it's part of the case - no harm in double checking though I suppose :)
