PS2 Keyboard Does Not Respond After You Resume from Standby

After recent windows update PS2 keyboard users are not able to unlock their
workstations to pull them out of standby mode. I am not able to find out
which update is causing this problem. Any idea?

Start uninstalling your most recent updates until you hit the right one

Did you or anyone else twiddle the "allow this device to bring the
computer out of standby" setting? It can be found under system
properties - the keyboard device - power tab.
