PROXY address for running netscapte radio.

When I try to open my netscaperadio nowadays, a message pops up saying that netscape cannot detect an internet connection. Somebody please help me! I am not computer savvy, so I do really don't know how to do anything but reboot.
 
If this is a recent issue, try using System Restore to take you back to a
time prior to when this began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\System Restore.

If that fails to resolve it and you are, in fact, connected to the Internet
when this happens, you'll need to contact Netscape tech support.
