Protector Suite QL

Little Green Frog

I setup Protector Suite QL while under a domain user account. Since that
time, I removed the computer from the domain and removed the domain account.

Today, I wanted to setup Protector Suite QL again under a local user
account. When I try to enroll the same couple of finger Protector Suite QL
tells me "This finger is already enrolled. Cannot enroll this finger."

When I use the Protector Suite QL Control Center’s Fingerprint Storage
Inspector, the domain user account is listed. When I attempt to delete the
domain user account’s fingerprints, Fingerprint Storage Inspector tells me
"Cannot remove this fingerprint. It belongs to someone else."

<sigh>

The only idea I have left is to rejoin the domain, log in as the domain user
and try to remove the domain user’s fingerprints.

Any other ideas?

Thanx in advance for your help.

Actually - that is probably your best bet - I would also uninstall the
application while in the domain and then re-install it after you get out.
