Protecting or Locking my Presentation

I just put together a presentation from an on line system. Since I don't
have any "dummy" customer data, I had to use "live" data from our system for
screen prints. I then cut/pasted dummy information over the "live" data to
disguise the customer. I would like to send out the presentation but I can't
risk that someone would move my cut / pasted "dummy" info and expose the real
data. Is there any way I can lock down all of my cut / pastes so they can't
be deleted or moved?
Any help would be appreciated!

Rosemary,

the best solution would be not to paste your screen prints directly into
PowerPoint, but into an image editing program and cover them with dummy
information there. Then save the altered image as JPG or PNG and insert
this into PowerPoint.

The second best solution would be to group screen print and dummy
information, cut them and re-insert using Edit - Paste Special and choose an
image format like JPG or PNG there. This will also result in only one image
where the customer data cannot be retrieved.

In both cases you will have to move the picture into the correct position
and have to re-apply animation, if necessary.

Kind regards,
Ute

I'll give it a try...thank you!
