Is it possible to protect forms in a table in word 2007?
I have created a table with some questions in one column and in the second
column I have entered some text form fields, but when I go to protect the
document for filling in forms only it still allows you to edit and type in
the whole of the document?

I suspect you have added the new text content controls from the Developer
tab? Change these for the text form fields from the Legacy controls also on
that tab (or better still see
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Classic Form Controls.htm ). Then when the
form is protected for forms you will only be able to enter text in the form
fields and nowhere else that is protected.
