Prority email

Receiced email I can't delete,some have high prority.How
do I change the prority and stop this from happen again?
 
Nothing to do with Windows 2000 - try an Outlook news
group, and specify exactly what product and which
version you use.
 
And the priority has nothing to do with not being able to delete the email also.
