Properties boxes will not open!!

Windows 2000 Server Problem
I disabled a few services that I thought were not needed
today.
Now the property boxes are not visable behind:
Services when I double click. I cannot reenable or start
any services.
The choices are grayed out.
Event Logs, double click and the properties box will not
appear.
Etc.

Can anyone help?

Did you write down the services you disabled? If not, copy msconfig.exe
from a Windows XP machine and you should be able to use it to set the
services back in a GUI.
