proper way to sell an old computer

I don't know if this is the proper place to place this question but I didn't find anywhere else to ask. My company wants to sell some of our older machines. They've been stripped of all the programs except for the OS. What are my options for selling these older machines? Can I sell them with the OS? Does the License need to be transfered? Do I need to provide an Install Disks along with the machine? Does the fact that our office has an Open License Agreement play a factor in the selling of the older machines? Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The short story is unless you give the new owner a license to the
operating system you need to wipe the drive. For particulars please read
the Open License agreement.
