PromulGate Universal???

I keep getting a message " Promul Gate Universal has had
to close" every time I turn on the computer. Plus my
search companion doesnt appear to work either. Im
wondering are they related. When I open the search
window, the blue window to the left does not appear at
all. Any ideas??

Download, install, update, and run AdAware (free) from www.lavasoft.de
to clean this and any other scumware off your computer.

Hi Stephen,

Promulgate comes courtesy of a Kazaa installation, uninstall it from the
control panel/add & remove. It's garbage, and is not necessary to run Kazaa
normally.

Then, set folder options/view tab to see hidden and system files. Locate the
srchasst.inf file under C:\Windows\Inf and right-click it, choose install.
