Every time we turn on our computer, we always get this
pop-up error message box about PromulGate Universal. It
then "instruct" us as to whether if we want to "notify it
and send the problem report to the Microsoft Corp." -- we
always click at the "Don't Send" box so as not to be
bothered with it, etc. What is it? How do we "fix" it,
please? We're looking forward to your response for
assistance to help and guide us to resolve this problem,
in layman's term -- no mumbo jumbo words or any
technicalities, please -- thanks! Maybe, if possible,
explain and instruct us step-by-step, please? Thank you
for your prompt attention in this matter.

1. First, click on Start > Run > type in "msconfig" (without quotes)
and press <Enter>
If System Configuration Utility is in Normal Startup already,
click "Cancel" at the bottom.
If not in Normal Startup, change it to Normal and then click
"Apply" > "Close" > "Restart"
2.Click Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs
3.Uninstall DelFin Media Viewer
4. Restart computer
5. Download and install an Anti Spyware program and install it
and scan your system with it and delete all Spywares that are found.

Sorry about saying to *install* a Spyware program twice in Step 5 above.
Too early in the morning and no coffee yet.
