Since i've upgraded from 98SE to Windows 2000 Pro, every
time I boot I am prompted to choose between Windows 2000
and Microsoft Windows. What's up with this and how can I
fix it. Thanks-Jason.

Your are asked at install if you want to keep Win98 as there is no
going back once you delete 98 as the two OS's are totally
different types of platforms. If space is a problem and Win2000
is working ok then delete the 98 setup.

You're gonna have to edit the boot.ini file to get rid of the menu
when u boot up. Follow these instructions
- go to start -- run
- type in: edit c:\boot.ini
It looks like this

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect
rem c:\windows...

- typ "rem " before the line that refers to windows 98 ([operating
systems])
