Prompt to save file under existing name and then under new name

Hi, Everyone!

Suppose I am working on a file that is saved on hard-drive under a
certain name. I change the file, and decide to save it under different
name. Is there an option in MS Word that would instruct MS Word to ask
me if I want to save the file under its existing name and then under
the new name?
