Prompt to choose text in PowerPoint

Is it possible to add a prompt each time I open a custom template that
prompts me to select from a list of text? We would like to add a document
designation (e.g. Internal, Copyright, Restricted). We would like the user to
be prompted automatically every time they create a new presentation to choose
from the designations our company uses.

There's no native way to do this but a vba programmer would be able to set up
an addin or in 2007 a custom template that did this.
