Prompt for disconnect on dial up network.

I am new to Windows XP.

Until recently, when I had closed down all internet
applications (IE), I received this nifty little prompt
asking if I wished to stay connected od disconect.

Now for some reason it has stopped comeing up.

What got changed? How do I get it back. Thanks.

Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|CONNECTIONS tab...

SETTINGS|ADVANCED Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed
