Promblem Deleting a Folder

Last week a folder appeared on my desktop. Now I don't know what it is. There
is no name on it and nothing included in it. I've done both a spyware scan
and virus scan on it and nothing came up. I can't delete it from my desktop.
The followint error appears. Cannot delete file: cannot read from the source
file or disk. I've even tried to do a system restore to a date before it
appeared. I can't do anything to this folder but view it. Is there anyway to
delete it?

Thanks that helped. Even though it said the folder wasn't locked. I had it
delete it anyway.
