I Need Help In Deleting A Folder That Appeared on My Desktop

A couple of days ago this folder appeared on my desktop. I don't know what it
is because there's no name on it. I opened the folder to find nothing in it.
I even set the folder settings to view hidden files but still nothing
appeared. I can't renamed it or delete it. I have no idea what it is. I did a
spyware scan on it and a virus scan its neither. I have also tried to do a
system restore but when I try to the system restore is incomplete. How can I
delete this fiolder? Everytime I try to it comes up as cannot delete file:
cannot read from the source file or disk.

This sounds like a NameSpace being used on the Desktop for a folder. Where
does the folder point to? If you right-click the folder on the desktop, what
options are listed?
