Project Unviewable

I have a project created in Access 2002. I moved it to Access 2003 and am
getting a error: Project Unviewable. Both are running on Windows XP.

I signed the project with a digital siganatuer and it still won't open.

Any advice would be appreicated!

Your message is old so perhaps you have solved your problem. However, I
recently experienced the same problem and here is the MS solution which
worked for me:
