I have both 2000 and 2003 installed. I can open a 2000 format database in
2003 and view its code fine, but when I then open it in 2000 it won't let me
look at the code. I get a dialog box titled "Project Locked" and an
informational icon with the text "project is unviewable", OK and help
buttons. Help doesn't work either.

I recently had to register the accwiz.dll to correct the bug having to do
with the linked table manager (KB article 835519) so wondering if that
caused it or what other help anyone might have as I need to get back into
that code in access 2000.
