Project Template?

I have seen a couple of threads on this with no resolution. I have
experimented and it does not seem possible, but I would like to create
a project with some linked tasks. The project could named something
like "Project Template". Then, whenever I need to create a new one
for a client (account) I could just use that Project Template and save
it and link it to the account. This would save a lot of input time.
Any thoughts or work arounds out there?

I am guessing that the only way to deal with this is to write a macro
that populates a new project or something, but that is way over my
head. Any other thoughts?
