Hi,
Can anyone help. I have multiple user accounts on my computer and when i
install some programmes they only appear visible on the account they were
installed in however i want them to be usable in all accounts.

The programmes are in the common c programs directory. I tried reinstalling
in additional users but apart from seeming a stupid way to get what I want
it tells me the program already exists.

Make sure that the program shortcuts are in
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop instead of
c:\Documents and Settings\DazedAndConfused\Desktop.
Some programmers still write installation programs that
place the shortcuts into the wrong folder.

Normally when you install a program there will be some option to install for
just the user or all users.
