Programs not opening

I have done a full computer scan and removed all
viruses. Computer worked great for a couple of days.
Today when I went on every program i try to open is
saying that the file can't be found. The only program
working is internet explorer.

Please help!!!

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
