I just moved Word from the programs list to the desktop. I wanted a shortcut.
How do i move it back to the programs list? It is not there.
Thanks

There are several ways.

But maybe it is easier to
right click on start and explore
the program folder where you
can create a new shortcut or
folder....

The folder is called "Program Files", not "Programs List".

program listing is accurate
if you are referring to the below:

Drag it back to the start menu.

The easiest way would be to insert the Word install disk and choose
repair.
A dialog will appear asking if you want to restore shortcuts.
Remember that a drag and drop is usually a _move_. The correct way to
achieve what you wish is to right click the shortcut and choose send to
desktop create a shortcut.

drag it to Start. then click on Start find it on the menu, and
drag it back to where it was (a black line will appear when you click on the shortcut)
