Programs Installed But Not Available In All Accounts

I have 3 accounts on my laptop (admin, guest, and the limited account for my
regular usage). Some programs are available to all accounts, but some are
not. How do I get all of the programs into my limited account without
reinstallingthe applications?

"limited" means u have limited usage or control over those programs u need to
be the administrator or admin to acces them

placed upon it. How can I select which programs the limited account can
access?
