Just bought a Quicken 2004 program and tried to download and keep getting "1607 -Unable to install shield scripting runtime." What does that mean?

On double checking it appears the link in my previous post at Intuit doesn't
"stick." You'll have to do the search on your computer.

Go to http://www.intuit.com/support/ select Quicken from the dropdown list
and on the next page choose Quicken 2004 and search; 1607 -Unable to install
shield scripting runtime. The cause and resolution are there.
