Program won't run in Limited Account

I have WordPerfect 9 installed on a Dell 8250 running XP
Home. WordPerfect works fine under the Administrator
account, but won't run if a Limited account is logged
on. The Limited account user gets an error message that
says "Cannot initialize". If I change the Limited
account to an Administrator account, WordPerfect will
work. When I contacted Dell, they suggested setting up a
Power Group and putting the user in this group. I cannot
find out how to set up a Power Group in XP Home. The
documentation Dell sent me refers to XP Professional, not
XP Home. Can someone help me to get WordPerfect working
using an XP Home account that does not have Administrator
privleges? Thanks in advance for any help.

Do it the easy way. From the Limited Account, find the shortcut for
WordPerfect. Right-click on it and select Properties, Advanced. Select "Run
with different credentials."

Note that, if you do this as an Administrator, the settings will be ignored.
