Program will not load

I have a mailing program "MyMail.exe" that will not load.
The error comes back at startup time "MyMail MFC
Application has encountered a problem and needs to
close." It then sends an error log and the program shuts
down. I have this same program installed on three other
machines of similiar configurations and everything is
fine. Help!
