program transfere

I am trying to transfere the ems program from win 95 to xp
pro. I have transfered all of my other programs with no
problem but when I thansfere ELM'S I get a win 32 code
what do I need to transfere this program.

Hi Chuck,

Transfer or install? Try using the Program Compatibility Wizard to install
it. Start/all Programs/Accesories.
