Program to mimic the Start menu in Windows2000

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
Version: 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4
Internet Explorer: v 6.0.2800.1106
Outlook Express: v 6.0.2800.1106
-----------------------------------------------------
The Start menu of Win2000 has a nice feature.
Mouse over reveals various cascading folders set up by the user.
I really would like to be able to do the same thing for all my drives *but*
not in the Start menu but located in separate folder elsewhere - named , say
Index of D Drive Index of E Drive...etc etc

Am I asking too much?
Can this be done with some program - free or paid for?

Any help or advice appreciated.

Are you trying to set up cascading menus of custom shortcuts, as in Start
Menu? Or are you trying to set up a quick method of browsing the folders on
your D drive, E drive etc?

If the former, I can not help you. However, I achieve the latter by simply
dragging the 'My Computer' icon onto a new toolbar, then reducing the width
of this toolbar so that only the title "My Computer" and a double-headed
arrow appear. Clicking on the arrow then brings up a series of cascading
drives / folders / files. I've done this on Windows 98 and Windows XP so I
expect it will work on WIndows 2000.

Hope this is of use to you.
