Program Title Bar at top shows up but nothing else is visable

How can I fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled program but,
it didn't help.

It's possible that the Word window is opening off-screen. When
the Word icon is on the Windows taskbar and is the currently
selected icon, or when the Word title bar is at top and is the
active window, press Alt+W and then A (which is the keyboard
shortcut for Window | Arrange All ).

The whole window is missing or just the menu and toolbars? If the latter,
