Program that will not uninstall

I have a home depot worksite program i installed a while back. I tryed to
delete it in the add/remove section and it will not remove. I tryed running
the windows program msicuu.exe but it is still there. it doesnt show in my
program files. but in the add remove list. it says it is using up 131.00 mb
space. any suggestions?
 
Open Explorer and navigate to the folder the software is installed in and
look for an UNINSTAL.EXE (or similar) file and run it to see if it will
remove things.

Double check your proceedure in Add or Remove Programs, as that is the
correct way to remove.
