program that monitors installation of startup proccess

Hi,

I'm looking around for a program that will tell me whenever a program
as installed a new starup process or service. In other words,
whenever I install a new program, if ANYTHING gets put in my startup
folder, .../run, .../runservices, ect registry keys, then it will tell
me. maybe pop-up a message, write to a log file, whatever. I've been
searching around for a while with no luck.
