Program Running Every 10 Minutes

I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem. Every 10 minutes or
so, a program runs on my computer (I'm running the latest service pack
of XP) and briefly (ever so briefly) appears on the taskbar. Before I
can click on it, it's gone. I've disabled a bunch of processes
running, made sure I have nothing unusual in my startup group and still
it keeps occurring. It's a major pain because if I'm in a game, it
pops me back to my desktop. Is there any kind of log program or
windows log that I can look at to see what keeps running every 10
minutes?

Thanks!

Do you have outlook or outlook express running in the background and set to
check mail every 10 minutes?
