Program reading email

I have a program that reads email through outlook. From my
workstation, it works fine. From one of my server's it can't access
the inbox (on exchange server).

From the workstation, when the program runs, I get the security dialog

for Outlook where I can give access. On the server, I don't get this.

I have limited access to the server. It is on a different domain.

Where could the failure be occuring? Both machines are using Outlook
2003 (connected to Exchange 5.5).

Are you logging in as the same user on both machines? The failure is
probably occuring on the trust/security settings between the domains.

The domains are completely seperate. There is no trust between them.
I have different accounts on each domain. From outlook, I can
reteieve the email from the exchange servers.
