program not responding

Since we started using Windows XP in our office, a couple
of things are not working right. First, our Outlook and
sometimes MS Word stops responding - checking in the Task
box that is the message "Program Not Respnding" and we
have to "end task." The problem seems to be getting
worse. Second, we can't order more than one copy from the
printer. Help
 
You'll have a better chance at snagging someone familiar with your problem
if you ask your question in a newsgroup for Outlook or Word.

Are you using the most recent XP-compatible driver for your printer?
