program minimizes to taskbar - will not open

Hi There!
I am having a problem with my taskbar - the windows that I open minimize to
it, and will not open when clicked on. I have tried right clicking and
nothing happens when i choose max, min, move or size. I have installed XP
service pak 1 and 2, and run the taskbar - fix it program, but nada. The
programs (such as MSN Messenger and Windows Media Player) seem to open
themselves, but the windows that open from each program mininize instantly
and cannot be opened. Hepl pleez?

Which Taskbar fix it program have you tried? Without knowing more, run
these two edits/scripts:
