Program Loading Problem.

I am trying to instal CorelDraw X3 on to my newly aquired Vista Ultimate OS.
This prog worked ok with Windows XP, but now,after loading a few files,
stops, with the message

"Default Feature
Component
Catastrophic Failure"

Any help greatly appreciated.
 
Two things to try.
1 Right-click on its setup.exe>Run as Admin
2.Right-click on its setup.exe>Properties>Compatibility Tab> install in XP
SP2 mode
