You can check on www.nero.com. I know that my Nero retail kit is using
the Neato labling kit. Do not know if this is also the cover designer.

There are no many helps on they website. The point is should i reinstall
Nero? If so, what will be with registry entries(nero have no uninstaller)?
Could i clean it with 'system restore'?

If you look at the Downloads for Nero 6.6, the Cover Designer is
included in Package 1. Do you have Nero 6.x? It's a free download.

Should i uninstall, then reinstall Nero? If so, what will be with registry
entries?(Nero have no uninstaller). Could i clean entries with windows
'System restore' for day before I install Nero? Or better use
GeneralCleanTool(from Nero website)? Is the GeneralCleanTool more safe for
system stability, than using 'System restore' way?

If you have Nero 6.x installed, just download the updates and install
them. No need to uninstall the 6.x you have - the updates' installer
will see that this is an update. You *do* have Nero 6.x, right?

I have Nero OEM Suite I installed, some programs of that package, i.e.(Nero
Express 6, vers. 6.3.1.20). I should no uninstall previous Nero version?
What I need is just Nero Express.

As I said, the update installers will give you the choice of a new
installation or an update installation. Obviously, you will only need
an update. Read the information on Nero's site.
